Terms of Service

By participating in this transaction, you hereby waive any and all claims of any nature, including, but explicitly not limited to, claims for infringement of intellectual property and/or privacy rights, throughout the world, which you may now have or which may later arise from and/or relate to the activities contemplated by this transaction, including the activities of printing words, symbols, and other language on articles of clothing, against Airbag Industries, LLC, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and/or anyone acting on their behalf. Under no circumstances shall you be entitled to recover any amount of money, compensation, redress, damages, fees, penalties, credits, or other amounts from the foregoing parties and in the event a court of competent jurisdiction enters any order in your favor, the amount of such order shall be limited to the value of a single t-shirt (or similar article of clothing).
